Hungarians

The Republic of Hungary is located in eastern Central Europe, and its capital city is Budapest. Hungary has a population of around 10 million, of whom Hungarians account for 94%. The total number of speakers of Hungarian is 14 million.

Of the population of Hungary, 50% are Roman Catholics, 16% Calvinists and 3% Lutherans. There are 100,000 Jews in Hungary.
